What an amazing thing, to work at a new venue like the Tampa Oxford Exchange. And even better, we got to work with an incredible A team, including Brandon Hilliard on video, assisted by Bryan Coward, Nicole Voute, a senior coordinator from Confetti Events, along with her inexhaustible team, made sure everything went smoothly.
Michelle Bastone, at the Oxford Exchange, was one of the most involved and caring event managers I have ever worked with. She was there waaaay late into the evening keeping a close eye on everything.
Oh, and the band! Seriously, these guys were energy incarnate. The Rivertown Band should be at the top of any shortlist if you’re thinking of a live band at your wedding.
The rehearsal dinner was so thoughtfully put together by Kimberly’s friend Erika. Held at the truly one of a kind Jackson’s Bistro, it included everything close to Kimberly and Allen’s heart, college football (he’s a gator, she’s a ‘nole. I know!), and family. Because, for Kimberly, football and family and inextricably linked. Her dad played for the Bucs, and her uncle is a Hall of Fame’r. The Sports Illustrated cover naming him “The best lineman in NFL history” was proudly displayed, along with dad’s jerseys and family photos.
